Have had multiple problems with this dealership but because they are within a 1/4 mile of our house gave them one last try to do service work. Took the car in for oil change (Ford's The Works) with th because they are within a 1/4 mile of our house gave them one last try to do service work. Took the car in for oil change (Ford's The Works) with the included coupon for car wash and brake check. So the works, besides oil change includes tire rotation, fill all fluids and check the car over including brakes. The only thing they did was the oil change, no brake check, no car wash, no tire rotation, no fluid levels were filled, etc.. I'm done with them and you should be too. Save yourself the headache of dealing with this company, you certainly won't be happy when you find out you paid for something and didn't get it. More

Had to stop taking my Ford to this dealer's service department. Service rep Jeff Rudzewicz was too unreliable and lacked the skill set to do his job properly. Too many delays and excuses on getting m department. Service rep Jeff Rudzewicz was too unreliable and lacked the skill set to do his job properly. Too many delays and excuses on getting my vehicle fixed. He refused to ever take accountability for his laziness. Service Manager Chuck Lilly does a horrible job managing his team. I recommend choosing another Ford dealership for your service. More
