Bought a new 2021 Ford Explorer it had damage on the door. They promised to fix that before I left Florida to come back home to Kentucky. That didn't happen. I asked them to write me a letter stating th door. They promised to fix that before I left Florida to come back home to Kentucky. That didn't happen. I asked them to write me a letter stating that they would work with dealer here to get it fixed. I have called many times with only lie after lies. Its July 15th and I still dont have it fixed and still dont have paperwork to get tags and no tags. I am driving on expired temp tags. More

I was in a collision and needed a vehicle, after praying for guidance peacock ford which I've never heard of came up.
