At no point in my experience was I frustrated or felt like they did not have my best interest in mind. Negotiation was easy and fair, I felt both times that I got what I wanted at a fair price. A few shoutouts; Thomas my salesman on both occasions, Bryan, Dewayne and Zafir (whom I was sad to hear was leaving, he has been an excellent asset to you and wish him the best).
