Jeff = 5/5. Service Department 3/5. Jeff is the best, I go to him every time. However, the first advisor I spoke with before Jeff ignored my explicit request to Service Department 3/5. Jeff is the best, I go to him every time. However, the first advisor I spoke with before Jeff ignored my explicit request to check the battery so I had to ask again when I was told my truck was ready. Jeff was helpful in getting it tested. It is obvious the service department takes way too many service appointments every day. Focus on serving your customers not overloading your service employees just to get the maximum amount of appointments. I can’t even get a call through the normal line most of the time. When I go in I see why, every advisor is constantly working with the overload of customers. Luckily Jeff gave me a direct line to contact/text. More
Service advisors are great to work with. Just wish you were like the Lincoln Dealership that vacuum the fool . You pay good money for the service at least you could do is vacuum the car. Came in because my windshield wipers on my f150 wouldn’t turn off and an oil change. Employee said he didn’t know if they could fix the wipers in a day. I said ok just let me know. He said he would. Then ca turn off and an oil change. Employee said he didn’t know if they could fix the wipers in a day. I said ok just let me know. He said he would. Then called back an hour later and said my car was ready. When inquired about the wipers he said I told him not to fix them. The guy who’s been driving for 48hrs with his wipers constantly on said no thanks… It wasn’t only poor communication but also just complete fabrication. I’ll just fix my wipers myself. Would give 0 stars if I could More
