There was a moment where I was not given an important form to sign during the day of purchase, but they reached out to me and apologized about the situation, so water under the bridge. The salesman I worked with, Jay, was incredible. Charismatic, empathetic, and considerate, he puts in great effort to make sales but, most importantly, to make connections. He made building a rapport with the buyer so effortless. By the end of everything, he felt less like a car salesman and more like a buddy who sold me a car. The car itself is fantastic.
