I called on Tuesday 9/7 to schedule a service date and check my warranty. Was transferred to "MARK" He couldn't help me out at all. Don't know what he's getting paid for. Said the girl that does the appt. check my warranty. Was transferred to "MARK" He couldn't help me out at all. Don't know what he's getting paid for. Said the girl that does the appt. was out to lunch but he would have her give me a call back. Been 5 days, I'm still waiting. He was going to check on my warranty but as well no call back. This is my second poor review. Never seem to get any help. Will Never recommend this dealership. Their very nice when trying to do a sale but once you need service they never seem to have records. More

I was looking for a F250. I called the Kentucky Manufacturer and they gave me a price range for the vehicle of $40-$70k. I saw one on the lot. I saw the window sticker and took a picture. $65k. I asked for the (Out the Door Price). He gave me a worksheet for $84k with a final price of $93k. I reviewed it at home and was floored!!! They think I'm stupid, or what? That im just giving them my money? You do not have to pay Doc fees, OTHER FEES, GAP FEES, ROAD AND BRIDGE FEES, AND OTHER STUPID FEES...DO NOT BUY HERE. SEARCH ONLINE AND OUT OF STATE. More
