Costumer services voice, manners on point. They tell you what you want to hear, but they don't follow up. At first I wasn't calling them, because I trusted they would be reaching out to me, but had passed two weeks!!! And no updates or anything. I have tried explaining that this is a family van, I have a son who has cerebral palsy and this is the transportation we bought for him not to struggle, spoke with receptionist, with management, with the service representative pr in charge of our vehicle, George Rivera, I even spoke to the other George on sales. Why? Because I called Mr Rivera and he never answered or returned the calls. So I called every department. On the 3rd was stated that van would be ready by Friday May 6, we didn't called all week, (maybe that's what they wanted) Friday got here, and no van.. I didn't called until yesterday Monday 09. For them to tell me that would be ready by today, yet when my husband went, they told him til Wednesday 11!!!!! How many times are their changing the dates??? We bought this van in this place, cash, at. The time everyone was very fast to attend our need, and everything we wanted to customize on van, was done. Why? Because was a good sale right? Well we are paying for this service too.. and yet job isn't done. If you need service on your vehicle, please make better choices. This dealership is not reliable for that. They're honest at least of how long the job would take. I would have given no stars but no choice. More
