I asked them to compensate my shipping also, what was over $100 dollar each time, they said no. Fine, So send back 2 front fender molding. I bought a box for it, to make sure is fine. after they received it, 2 weeks later I called them to see what is going on because I don't see the refund. After over 30 min, the service department manager told me, he is going to call me back in 5 min (that was Friday morning), and of course I had to call him, hold the line for over 30 min on next Tuesday, he promised me they issue the refund. So because it wasn't true, a few days later called again, and this "nice gentleman" told me, they received only one molding, from the 2. I told him impossible, because is not fit to my car, I personally placed both to the box, and the package is there over 2 weeks, but he told me in a not polite way, he is not going to refund me. It was an expensive lesson, so do a favor for yourself, and forget this dealership in a big way. I reached out the VW Usa, and they notified the General Manager in this dealership, who also simple doesn't care. I have idea how things goes there after that.
