I have gotten new vehicles from this dealership since the l980's and have always had excellent results. I got a great price on new tires, and they found problems with my heat shield (missing 2 bolts) and fixed it at the same time. I get my Taurus serviced there because they are prompt, thorough, and there are with my heat shield (missing 2 bolts) and fixed it at the same time. The service department at Pauli Ford always has a great attitude towards the service of a customer and his needs. They are a great group and I commend their effort and good customer service karisma. I hate to be one of the folks to comment negatively, but if it serves a purpose to better the personabilty and customer service, then it may be worth while. I will say first and for most Jessi and Bill, were absolutlely superb, hardworking, and geniune at heart. Frank the owner on the other hand, was not friendly, very business like, not personalbe, with poor customer relation/service. We brought in two vehicles to be evaluated, both especially our van was offered below what the direct Ford Motor company website (for current/retired employees only) stats were. Our van is a 2004, and has 144,000 miles granted, BUT no rust, no body damage, never been in an accident interior has zero rips or damage, other than need of detailing cosmetically, all leather with DvD player, Limited edition, we were offered $3000.00.....this was offensive to say the least. If the rebates were not as good as they were on an Expedition, we would of walked out from that point. Any Owner or higher up, has the authority to move numbers around, or offer something more resonable to folks who are looking for that new start. Our sales man was insistent we "test drive" the show room vehicle, we said we were not interested till we better knew what the offers were on our vehicles, needless to say we were told the "owner" prefers the "old school" of doing business. To us, that sounded pretty good, seeing the "old school" way of doing business was a personal relationship with your customers, and valued respect. Well that title for Frank, was not fitting after all, old school mentality, is personal customer service and an understanding of each ones needs and requirments. Frank was an advocate for us to buy the 2011 Expedition, but unwilling to utilize his authority and means of better customer service to provide better customer service. Sadly, we will never go back there and even consider doing buisness again, when the time comes for us to become financed, I found an exceptional finance person, Jessi, who exampled true geniune customer service, but she can't and doesn't posses the ability/authority to work numbers and offers, that is where EVERYONE as a team works together, one/two people can't pull off something more challanging, that takes someone in seasoned authority to do so. More

Have used Pauli Ford before. Always have been satisfied. This time they forgot two things: oil change , so I had to drive back to the dealership to have that done. Also I was not charged the quoted price This time they forgot two things: oil change , so I had to drive back to the dealership to have that done. Also I was not charged the quoted price on the tires that I ordered. Both problems were fixed promptly. Also they gave me some money off my total bill, (not much but a nice gesture) Great people there and I will go back. More
