Pauli Ford met all of our needs with the purchase of a new Ford F150 pick up truck. While driving car lots one night we decided to visit their dealership as we had purchased our used truck from them in 2 new Ford F150 pick up truck. While driving car lots one night we decided to visit their dealership as we had purchased our used truck from them in 2008 and felt they were fair and top notch. Roger met us in the lot with an umbrella and asked if he could assist us. He offered his umbrella and escorted us inside to talk. We traded in our 2006 Ford Pick Up for a new model and couldn't be happier. Roger was able to beat any previous price that we had been quoted and he exceeded our expectations with options on the pick up. Our used truck sits on the lot ready for a new home. It runs great, miles are about 83,000 and it's in great condition. Why did I give Pauli Ford such a good rating, because they deserve it by exceeding our expectations with a great price and friendly customer service. We will return again when its time to replace what we own. More
