Right off the bat we could tell this experience would be different. The staff at your dealership actually made us feel like they cared and they listened to everything we said without judging us or making us feel stupid, as ALL of the other dealerships had. It turned out our transmission needed a major software upgrade, something that none of the other dealerships could figure out/didn't try to figure out. Beyond that, they explained in detail everything that was going on and they had our car completely finished in no time.
