Great Experience Moved into area from another state and was in need of a new car. I checked out other dealers and vehicles - they just didn't match up to Pauli Ford. Roger Epps worked with me (I was undecided about make and model) with his knowledge and ESPECIALLY HIS PATIENCE) I decided on a Ford Focus. When Roger introduced me to Pauli Ford's service department, it was a done deal! I have never in my very long life, saw such an organized, clean dealer service area. Although it was the end of the day, everyone took there time with me and were very friendly. At no time at all was I pressured - it did take a few days for me to make a decision but when I did it was easy My next hurdle (in my mind) was finance. Bill McCann immediately put me at ease and told me what all my options were, again with no pressure. I was introduced to Frank Pauli, owner and his entire staff. They were knowledgeable, interested in knowing what WE wanted and needed. No pressure on us at all to buy - just courteous and friendly. These are folks who really do seem to live "the golden rule". Very positive experience. We would definitely work with them again, and recommend to friends and family shopping for a vehicle. We have not used the service department there, so cannot rate. More
