A simple pleasure I moved to the Lansing area in April of 2015 shortly after buying a used 2014 Ford Explorer. After trying to schedule service at another Ford dealer I moved to the Lansing area in April of 2015 shortly after buying a used 2014 Ford Explorer. After trying to schedule service at another Ford dealer in this area, the service department at Pauli Ford was able to schedule my needed service promptly. I have used their service department since and have always been treated fairly and courteously. Recently, l decided to switch to a crew cab truck to increase my towing capacity and looked on line at Pauli Ford’s used truck inventory which featured a 2016 F150 4x4 crew cab with a V6 and eco boost. I made an appointment, worked out a trade in/buy deal and drove the F150 home that day. Kevin and Frank made the whole process a truly simple pleasure. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I'm generally not fond of salesmen, so when it was time to buy a new car, I got that familiar ache in the pit of my stomach. My husband and I had done some "window shopping" after hours, and found a couple that we were very interested in. So I held my breath and we drove to Pauli Ford . . . during business hours! What a pleasant surprise and luck of the draw to get such a personable salesman, Paul Phillips. He put my nerves at ease. I'm sure I drove him crazy with so many questions and scenarios, but he endured it with a smile and humor.
