I had contacted Cher at the dealership to check into pricing on a new suv lease and to also see if they would buy out the current lease I wanted to end. From the first conversation he was very throughout answered all my questions was very upfront with me about what to expect with the way the market is currently so there was no surprises for me. I ended up ordering an explorer he kept in touch throughout the build and upon receiving my vehicle into the dealership. Once I went to the dealership to sign and take ownership of my new car they were great. Very humble down to earth explained everything didn’t try to throw in a bunch of things I didn’t want nor need. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the process I would highly recommend even the finance manager I worked with was friendly, down to earth and kind. Customer service goes along way in todays world and they definitely have good people here. Will definitely be going back in the future. Also convinced my mother to order her next Car too. More

Above and Beyond I spent 2 weeks searching the internet, and visiting 20 plus dealerships in Lansing/ Grand Ledge/ East Lansing/ Okemos area. I found exactly what I was looking for at a GREAT price! of course I encountered some issues with my bank but I was in good hands with Justin Garner who helped me straighten it all out and still kept me at the monthly payment i wanted to be at.
