Auto service by shop techs is super. However - the good service is overwhelmed by the totally terrible and unprofessional telephone answering system !! The effort and concern shown by Glenda Frasier during my recent visit was outstanding.. The Glenda took extra effort to ensure my visit was completed with a minimum of problems. Both of my vehicles had recent visit was outstanding.. The Glenda took extra effort to ensure my visit was completed with a minimum of problems. Both of my vehicles had maintenance issues at the same time, leaving me with a logistics problem. Glenda quickly arranged transportation and provided instructions to obtain return transportation once my car was ready. After working with Jeep Care and attempting to work with another dealership, John, Robert, and Colby at Paulding Jeep were able to help get my Jeep Wrangler Warranty repairs underway and completed extremely another dealership, John, Robert, and Colby at Paulding Jeep were able to help get my Jeep Wrangler Warranty repairs underway and completed extremely quick once the parts were delivered from Jeep. Hopefully the replacement performed, as recommended by Jeep, are the last steps in resolving the intermittent issues I've experienced. Took my Jeep to have rear camera fixed. They replaced it, but the camera is now dangling from the back. The clips are broke on one side and apparently they tried to use double sided tape to hold it in place. but the camera is now dangling from the back.
