My truck was taken to the dealership July 6 , I didn’t get any updates on my vehicle i had to keep texting every week for a update on the vehicle with no Clarity on if the truck going to get fixed . Two m get any updates on my vehicle i had to keep texting every week for a update on the vehicle with no Clarity on if the truck going to get fixed . Two months later with nothing fixed saying parts discontinued but I looked up the parts my self and found everything they said they couldn’t find . Now I have to take my truck to another shop to get it fixed. Im Very disappointed More

Communication was awful, dealer had my car 4 days and no response. It wasnt untill I called several people including the manager that I got a response and sudden diagnoisis. Its been the worse experience I response. It wasnt untill I called several people including the manager that I got a response and sudden diagnoisis. Its been the worse experience I've ever had a a dealer, my 1st american dealer. Lexus is soooo much better and responsive. In the end the service representative was better but only after I put them on the radar. Being short staffed is no excuse, it takes 30 secs to make a phone call and even less to text. More
