We try our hardest to please all customers that come to our store. Sometimes we fall short and are unable to do so. We did advise you that while in our care, we had to jumpstart the vehicle. We performed a charge and retest and the battery tested okay. We did advise that could indicate the battery may have an issue in the future. Even though unrelated to the camshaft replacement, we still replaced your battery free of charge. Anytime a customer is asked to leave indicates there was behavior that justified the request. We are always happy to serve but do intend for our employees to be respected during the process

Yes i was told that they had to jumpstart my truck. And yes i was told that is was going to be put on a test for two hours to check the battery out. I get a text within 30 minutes saying it was good. When i arrived to the dealership to pick up my truck i explained to the service manager and the advisor that i was having any issues with my battery before you guys work on it. My has seat for a week before and did not have to be jumpstarted at my house. And i explained to him that if i start having issues with it ill be back because i did have the issues before you worked on my truck. Overall the service manager did not have the right to raise his voice at me. I and person who is value where i spend my money.
