Mr Powell, your vehicle had internal engine issues that your extended warranty declined covering the diagnosis of. You also declined the diagnosis and tear down to find the issue. We didn't charge you for the diagnosis that was performed externally of the issue. The extended warranty only covers rental once the claim/repair is approved. Why would you rate us in this way when the entire experience and repair was dependent on what your extended warranty said??
