TERRIBLE. Told me I needed way more done to my truck than I needed. Overpriced. I was told that it would be 2700 dollars to complete all the work my truck and shopped elsewhere to a extremely credible auto r I needed. Overpriced. I came to the dealership to get an all change as I always have since I purchased my vehicle. And to get three new tires. However upon checking out I had two filters added that was never approved or discussed have since I purchased my vehicle. And to get three new tires. However upon checking out I had two filters added that was never approved or discussed with me. When tried to speak with Andrea regarding it she was very rude and accused me of being aggressive with her. Which has never been the case in my life. I ended up walking out and having my husband speak to her. I purchased my jeep off the showroom floor in December 2018 and have had everything as far as maintenance done at this dealership. Because of employees such as Andrea I will not be returning!! We also use this dealership for our jeep wrangler but we will no longer be using them that is to customers loss because of rude employees. More
