If I could rate lower, I would! We will not be returning to this location again for service. Understanding there is a mass shortage for staff industry-wide, I tried for over 2 hours on the phone to get a h to this location again for service. Understanding there is a mass shortage for staff industry-wide, I tried for over 2 hours on the phone to get a hold of someone and was unable. I did not receive a call even though my phone number was clearly listed on the invoice. Very frustrating experience overall. More

Tires were rotated but failed to check pressure. I had to purchase an apparatus to check pressure and then go to a station and fill with air. This was the reason I go to a dealer or so I thought. Also had a very expensive oil change and they fail to put the idiot sticker on the windshield so idiots like me know when to bring it back for another expensive oil change by the dealer. So I wonder what else wasn’t done?? More
