I visited this service department today for a scheduled oil change/inspection/rotate, intending to use a coupon that I received directly from Jeep/FCA (with my VIN, and for this dealership specifically)– b oil change/inspection/rotate, intending to use a coupon that I received directly from Jeep/FCA (with my VIN, and for this dealership specifically)– but was informed they would not honor. Been servicing here for 6 years, but that left a sour taste in my mouth. Guess I'll find someone else who wants my service money in the future - there's another dealership about 10 miles up the road. While the coupon amount wasn't significant, it's the principle that a discount was offered but not honored. More

I took my 2021 2500 ram in for 2 recalls.   PCJR did an inspection on my truck and wanted to charge me $1216 for brake flush, change diff fluids and change transfer case fluids. However,  you CLAIM you did a 22 point inspection and indicate all 22 items passed. FAIL!! The passenger side wiper blade is worn out (you said that’s passed). Also, it needs front breaks (you said the brakes passed too). The trucks coolant was low and you said it passed.  This  tells me you don't inspect anything and just pencil whipped your 22 point inspection yet want me to may $1216 for other services. Very poor service! I would not bring a bicycle there and promise it will be last vehicle me or my family ever buys from them. More

I was one of the first cars in line with an appointment at 8:30 am; let's just say I'm still here waiting for an oil change at 10:36 am.
