In good conscience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Vehicle issues ignored, or not even processed. Service Manager makes excuses by saying that someone is new. Yet the worst part of all, is when the Service Manager divulged my personal/private information to a third-party person without my knowledge or consent. I have been trying since last Friday to understand what is wrong with my car. I have spoken to multiple people that say someone will call me. No one ever does. Additionally, I feel taken advantage of. I pa is wrong with my car. I have spoken to multiple people that say someone will call me. No one ever does. Additionally, I feel taken advantage of. I paid for the 190 point inspection before buying my car. Based on the inspection I bought it. I brought it immediately back for repairs. So far they have found 2 more things wrong (1 of which I still don’t know what it is) I could go on but this is ridiculous and some of the worst service I have ever received. More
