My 1st time at this dealership (initially for an estimate from their collision dept). Customer service was awesome, from the receptionist (help with car rental process) to Manager (Anthony), who's assistance from their collision dept). Customer service was awesome, from the receptionist (help with car rental process) to Manager (Anthony), who's assistance went above & beyond. I'd never had a car totaled out before and Anthony went out of his way to give me great advice re: dealing with my insurance in the process. He even called a salesman at the dealership to see if they had any cars within my price range. Then comes Lou - the salesman! He was great! Didn't have anything for me, but provided info to assist me AND called later to check on my progress. I would definitely refer anyone to this location. Customer service was ON POINT! More
I come in for a recall and they find a problem with my vehicle that was going to cost $1,400 so I declined and said I was gonna go get a second opinion I went another mechanic and he said there was nothin vehicle that was going to cost $1,400 so I declined and said I was gonna go get a second opinion I went another mechanic and he said there was nothing wrong with my Van.
