I’ve avoided getting these recalls, your dealership never has a vehicle to lend and you expect me to waste half my day waiting. She talked to the service members and broke down the walls I put up to avoid these. My day of service she greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home even though she wasn’t feeling good that day and had to leave shortly afterwards. I hope that she can somehow know that she’s an amazing person and your company is lucky to have someone of that level of compassion and care for her work. More

When I thought I was doing about 45mph, I was really doing about 55mph. The jeep was purchased used (2017) and it was my first Jeep purchase. In test driving the Jeep, I could not tell "easily" identify that the speedometer was off. After the purchase I learned this and it took several days for anyone from service to contact me and when they did, I was told I need to buy a tool that would cost about $200 to have the Jeep re-calibrated and I had to do it. I would have appreciated knowing this before my purchase and I would think being a Jeep dealer, this is something they could have at least pointed out. Long story short... I got it taken care of somewhere else and for half the price. More
