I could not be more pleased with the knowledge, experience, and friendly service I've received on every occasion dealing with the parts and service departments. This dealership is well designed and very well maintained. As I waited in the in the guest area while my vehicle was being serviced, I observed one employee after another greeting each other and expressing genuine interest in their day and family. This was nice to witness as a consumer. It speaks volumes regarding the team they have built at this dealership. Stefan in the Service Department is an outstanding representative of this dealership. I was there for about 2 1/2 hours to get a recall fixed and I was fine waiting . But when I got my paper to leave I could not read what was on the paper . I had to ask about what was on it . My truck was in the shop for 2 months waiting on a part. My service advisor Nichol was spectacular, never complaind about my weekly calls to her. She was my advocate to Ram. I will never return. If I could put less than one star I would. Service had my car for six weeks and called me twice. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership.
