Took 5 months and many phone calls to get my parts ordered. This is horrible service. My new jeep is beautiful. When people ask about it i will be sure to tell them where not to buy one ordered. I have taken my vehicle here for the last three years, never any issues. This was the worst service I have ever received. Lied to from the moment I walked in. Saying warranty would pull up in system. I t never any issues. This was the worst service I have ever received. Lied to from the moment I walked in. Saying warranty would pull up in system. I told Stef to call me when they find out what’s wrong. He didn’t call I had to call at end of the day. He gave me pricing and I AGAIN had to remind him of the extended warranty. He said he would call me back. Again no call back. Next day at 8:00 A.M. I called, Stef “claimed” he called warranty to get authorization and said he was on hold then talked to someone then was disconnected. In the two days you had my vehicle I called warranty 3 times never an issue speaking with anyone and never put on hold or disconnected. He said he would call me back and let me know. I did not hear from him for almost 5 hours later. Meanwhile no work is being done on my vehicle. The warranty should have been done when I walked in. Never received calls back letting me know I had to track him down. I called to speak to the Service Manager and Mr. Hembree was not in. Stef did not answer and his voice mail was full. Not surprising because he does not keep his clients informed. It was very disappointing to know that Stef is the assistant manager. What is he teaching the employees under him. Like I said Worst experience I have ever had and may never go back!!!! More
