Went in know what i wanted to be looked at and done. Multiple times asked to be given the quotes on everything first before work was done even though i was for sure going to have 3 things fixed... 4 hou Multiple times asked to be given the quotes on everything first before work was done even though i was for sure going to have 3 things fixed... 4 hours later i'm told to come pay, ask to see the 23pt inspection and the prices i wanted earlier. The mechanic is called in to after-the-fact fill out the 23pt inspection... i look at the invoice i'm given after paying and see i paid for something i didn't ask for. And finally get quotes on some of the things i wanted to know about. And the mechanic broke off one of my lug studs, and try to claim it was just because they were old. But that very much was not the issue, and i looked at shear pattern and to me it appears he tightened the nut until it broke off the stud... left after getting an alignment, and the van has a slight shutter now. But this is how dealership work. My only real disappointment is they didn't do what i asked, and broke my car. More

After buying chrysler products for 25 years, I will no buy any more. The 2018 Pacifica is on it's 3rd start/stop battery in 2 years. The service manager tells me this is normal wear and so not covered b buy any more. The 2018 Pacifica is on it's 3rd start/stop battery in 2 years. So if Chrysler is designing cars that burn through a $200 battery every year, then sadly, I will move on. More
