My oil change involved more time than I My service advisor, Trisha Robbins, was most helpful and cognitive of my time spent at the service department. My oil change involved more time than I expected as the Wrangler required a software update to the dashboard. The software update necessitated a second code which required additional time. Ms. Robbins kept me informed on the progress and apologized for the additional time. She was most helpful and interested in my vehicle’s repair and the time frame. I have no reservations in recommending her as a service advisor and plan to use her expertise in any service at the dealership. More
