The service I received was terrible! I dropped my car off on Saturday morning when the service department opened. I was told that I would have some information about my car that day or Monday in a worst off on Saturday morning when the service department opened. I was told that I would have some information about my car that day or Monday in a worst case scenario. By Monday at 9am I hadn't heard anything so I called and finally got information about my car around 11. I asked for an email with the estimate. After an hour went by with no email I called back to at least get the service started on my car. I received no phone call on Tuesday. On Wednesday around 5pm after not hearing anything I called to get an update. The woman I spoke with said she would go to the back and check on my car because there was a note in the system that my car was "on hold." After 20 minutes went by with no return call I called again and was transferred to Stefan Forsyth who has been my service provider during this ordeal. He told me he had to go to the back and check on my car and the woman I talked to did not go to the back and simply gave him my message even though she told me she was going to. When he called back he said that some parts that were needed for my repairs were not available and had to be ordered and had arrived Tuesday evening. However, this was only relayed to me on Wednesday evening. I was told my car would be ready by noon or 1pm on Thurday. I received a call at almost 6pm on Thursday that my car was ready. When I came to pick my car up I had to wait even though my service provider was only helping someone for the first 5 seconds that I was there. Also, NONE of the employees were wearing masks. This seems irresponsible and dangerous for everyone inside. They were also NOT social distancing since 3 or 4 employees were huddled together in an office. The service, or lack thereof, deserves no stars, but the system won't let me submit this review without at least 1 star. I won't ever be coming back. More
