The following week my wife purchased a vehicle from your dealership and it was if I was old news. Could not even get a serious discussion about having navigation installed. I was also surprised when I had to explain to one of the sales staff that the navigation is loaded on all Uconnect systems, that it needs an unlock code. But I was dismissed and told to go to my local dealer and purchase a navigation system. I’m my opinion that was awful customer service. Two vehicles purchased in one week and you wouldn’t even budge on this. More
