As a repeat customer I expected better. This was the most unpleasant car buying experience I've ever had. The detailers ruined my car seat and are unable to repair it. The salesman was not knowledgeable and inexperienced, the receptionist was rude and the finance guy can't deliver on his promise to get the keys from the previous owner.
