Getting it all fixed 2011 Jeep Cherokee Limited. Never had any problems, but found myself needing several things replaced or repaired at once. Fadil was amazing. Helped 2011 Jeep Cherokee Limited. And what could wait a few months. I now have new brakes front and back, new tire pressure sensors all around, brand new spark plugs, and now all my lights work again. Now I can drive my car with confidence once again, it drives like a dream like it did when it was brand new and I can see to drive at night so much better. Fadil helped me the whole way keeping me up to date on what was going on and even had someone dropped me off at my house and bring me back so that I didn’t have to sit at the dealership all day! 5 stars all the way! Rip off The service department is horrible. I bring my car in to replace wheel sensors and for an oil change. I should have walked away when they called and t The service department is horrible. I bring my car in to replace wheel sensors and for an oil change. I should have walked away when they called and tried to sell me other services for issues they said they found. I told them no just fix sensors and do oil change. I paid for my services which one was full synthetic oil change. Full synthetic oil should be changed around 5K my maintenance light came on exactly at 3K miles. I called them to report my concern, I believe they gave me a regular oil change and charge me for the full synthetic oil change. They argued with me and told me I’m wrong. I told them I didn’t want anything from them just wanted to report issue so it won’t happen again. They still wanted to argue with me, I told them I didn’t want to argue and that I will never bring my vehicles back. More

Oil change I came in and was greeted by Donna. She was kind and courteous while asking what was needed and showing me the new lounge. I enjoyed a cup of tea whil I came in and was greeted by Donna.
