A failed part had to be replaced. A part on my Ram van had to be replaced. I went to Paulding County Chrysler Dodge, Jeep and Ram dealer. The part was ordered and I was told I would be called when the part arrived. Two days later I received a call that the part had arrived. I was told I could come in at my convenience to have the part installed. I immediately drove to the dealer. Within just a few minutes, I was seen by a service rep. He took my keys and asked that I have a seat in the waiting room and he would see that the part was installed. Within 15 minutes or so, he came to get me advising that type part had been installed and I was ready to go. Outstanding service. More
