Disappointed in my service Had to take my truck back 2 days later for same repair. Also have 2 missing bolts still that haven’t been replaced. It took to long to get answers after dropping it off. The mechanic lied about a few things. One part was not even plugged into the throttle body. He said the clip was broke. He never replaced the clip when I took it back. The part was put in and is still attached. So I doubt the clip was broke. It appears it was just not attached. A clamp attaching a hose was not clamped down and this created a lot more air going to the throttle body and this caused me to almost stall several times. This was after paying around $1100. More

Passenger door panel damaged I recently discovered damaged to my front passenger door panel. There are 2 scratches on the door in question. The car was sight unseen during purchase of which I was uncomfortable with initially and I expressed this as well. I would like to have this issue resolved soon as possible. More
A Little Too Aggressive My salesperson, Eric was awesome! He was engaging and attentive to my what I was looking for as a customer. He was also very thorough and knowledgeable about the products I looked at during my visit. The only reason I visited Paulding was because Eric never appeared too aggressive or pushy in any of our previous interaction. Unfortunately, during my visit I did not find my forever vehicle. I gave Eric details of what I was looking for and asked him to keep in touch. However, the sales manager, Gerald, was overly aggressive. He would not take no for an answer even though they did not have the vehicle I was looking for. He was determined to sell the vehicle he wanted me to have whether it was what I wanted or not. I feel as a salesman, you should listen to your customer, and then deliver them the product they want, not the product the dealership wants to make a deal on. Needless to say, after being pressured for hours, I subsequently wore down and purchased a vehicle that I’m not in love with. Gerald meant well, but I should have stood my grounds and got what I wanted to pay for instead of settling. The lesson of the day: Stand your ground, and DONT SETTLE! It’s your money. More
