Collision repair disaster I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done on my truck. After having my truck in the body shop for a month it was returned to me with I am very disappointed in the quality of work that was done on my truck. After having my truck in the body shop for a month it was returned to me with multiple defects in the paint. Scratches, DA marks, swirl marks, dust in the paint, sctarches to the under coating on the frame, and even primer overspray on both drivers doors. I returned my truck with a list of these items that needed to be corrected. After keeping my truck for an additional 2 weeks only the scratches and DA marks were repaired. More

Appointment useless I left my vehicle the night before my scheduled appointment for a minor repair. At 230 I called to see why I hadn’t been notified of the completed rep I left my vehicle the night before my scheduled appointment for a minor repair. At 230 I called to see why I hadn’t been notified of the completed repair. That’s when I was told I would have to wait for a call back after more information could be found. As you can imagine, my car had not been checked and at 400 I got a call saying I would have to wait another day. At 200 the next day I had to make the first call. It was done and the warranty repair was performed satisfactorily. More
