Awesome Customer Service! I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in on Friday April 7th to have a leaking water pump replaced that was still under warranty. I had reservations about going t I took my Dodge Ram 1500 in on Friday April 7th to have a leaking water pump replaced that was still under warranty. I had reservations about going to this dealership because of all the "bad" reviews I had seen in the past but I thought let me give them a chance. We arrived at 7:30 which was our appointment time. There was a line of cars already however soon as those bay doors opened they moved that line down really quick. My husband and I were greeted by Fadil Hamidovic who quickly got us in and had our truck info entered in for repair and had us out in no time flat. He was extremely personable and helpful. They had our truck ready for us to pick up by that evening. Couldn't have been happier with the service we received. I am in Customer Service Management and have been for over 25+ years and I can tell you that you have a great customer service representative for your dealership with Fadil. More

Not a great experience, felt deceived Good selection of vehicles and my sales person (Rebecca) was nice but that’s where the positive experience ended. The advertised price on Cargurus and the proposed price by the dealer were not the same, including a $1600 “Pauling Package” add-on that was NOT mentioned anywhere in the ad. I found that to be very deceiving. When I worked to negotiate the price down to the advertised price that brought me to the dealership in the first place, I met with the GM/Owner (Danny) who was rude, condescending and pretty much a jerk. I likely would not recommend this dealer even though I ended up purchasing a vehicle. Good selection but crappy service. Also, 4 of the 5 vehicles in my household are Dodge vehicles but no loyalty discounts available..,really!! If you choose to use this dealership, do your homework in advance. More
