After over an hour they decided to let me know that my credit was too good and that I did not qualify for the adver Advertised price was not honored. After over an hour they decided to let me know that my credit was too good and that I did not qualify for the advertised price. I had to ask for my key back (trade in) three times before I was allowed to leave. Apparently Ram gives better deals to people who dont pay their bills. If you visit this dealer be sure to confirm the price before they waste half your day and do the bait and switch. More

Incompetent service for a recall visit I made a reservation 5 days prior to my appointment, it was for a recall on a 2017 Dodge Durango. I was told if I get there at 7:30am I can have my ca I made a reservation 5 days prior to my appointment, it was for a recall on a 2017 Dodge Durango. I was told if I get there at 7:30am I can have my car done within 2 or 3 hours at most. I dropped my car off at 7:30am, I came back at noon to find nobody had done anything to my vehicle. First I was told there were many cars that morning, then I was told the person I made the reservation with called in sick. So they took my car and just left it there. I will not be returning to that location for any reason. If I could use a negative star rating I would. More
