Poor communication, otherwise good The work done on my vehicle was good, but I wish my service representative had kept me up to date throughout the extended time it took to get my car r The work done on my vehicle was good, but I wish my service representative had kept me up to date throughout the extended time it took to get my car repaired (took 2.5 days to replace a couple of tires, do an alignment, and change the oil). I had to call numerous times to get updates on my car, even when my representative told me he'd call me right back. The time it took to get my car back did seem a bit excessive, but it's hard to tell if there's anything the service department could have done better since I am not entirely sure why it took so long due to poor communication.
