Disorganized Very disorganized and inattentive. Took vehicle once for service. Vehicle had brand new tires just put on the day before. Service center was notifi Very disorganized and inattentive. Took vehicle once for service. Vehicle had brand new tires just put on the day before. Service center was notified. Tires were rotated anyways. Vehicle had warranty work performed which consisted of a light being replaced. The light once again failed. Vehicle was taken back, service center stated they could not find previous paper work and stated they would have to charge for repair. Been going there for 3 years only because oil change program is paid for. Disorganized. More

Customer Service like it should be! I went t to the dealership knowing I would more than likely NOT be able to acquire buy a vehicle of any real value. However, I can assure you than no I went t to the dealership knowing I would more than likely NOT be able to acquire buy a vehicle of any real value. However, I can assure you than not only my salesman, Erin Willis, treat me with respect and dignity so did they owner, and everyone I encountered, I was able to get a vehicle that was, without a doubt, beyond perfect for what I was hoping for and assured I was financed respectably. Definitely recommend the dealership, the owner, and ALL staff, yes I even met the nicest janitor while I was there. More
