Frustrating I purchased my 2018 RAM on 5/30/2018 and made it know that my back sliding window had issues. I brought my truck in several time for that issue along I purchased my 2018 RAM on 5/30/2018 and made it know that my back sliding window had issues. I brought my truck in several time for that issue along with correcting some other things. I was assigned to a Service Counselor and she never called me back about the window after, supposedly, taking the photos and ordering the parts. Again she never called me back. I finally come back in for another issue and to state the window needs to be taken care of again. I am happy I was assigned to Tricia after stating I refused to go with the other lady again. Tricia did a really good job getting everything taken care of to include the missing foam cup holder for the driver's side of my truck (I never had one on the driver's side). Tricia even had to call and inform me that she had to get an approval for the glass because the warranty on glass is 12 months when I clearly had taken my truck back prior to 3 months for service. She had to be apologetic due to someone else's lack of care. Well the real issue is here... I picked up my truck after this last service and I was in a rush to get back to my desk. I received my keys jumped in my truck, in the shade in the service bay, and couldn't go anywhere because my seat was not where I left it. I adjusted my seat, which took me the whole way home (10+ miles) to get corrected, away to home I went. Once home I ran in the house to work for the day. At lunch I went outside to see my truck covered in mud! Red MUD! When I text back photos of my truck I was told "We have red mud in the parking lot".... I have never seen red mud in the New building's parking lot. I am at a loss for words with how I have been treated. RAM Trucks aren't cheap and I went over $40K to find out 1 year later the same dealer who woooo'd me, now cares nothing about me. When I prepare to purchase my next RAM I'll drive back to Florida and somewhere else in the greater ATL area for service on my truck. I made a complaint on Facebook on 6/21 and I received a message today asking me to call Danny Pompa to schedule a detail of my truck... Would you take time out of your busy day to take your truck back to someone who has shown you how they really feel about you? More

Warm, friendly people delivering superior service I discovered Paulding online while searching for a very specific Jeep. They had 3 in stock. I requested more information and was quickly contacted b I discovered Paulding online while searching for a very specific Jeep. They had 3 in stock. I requested more information and was quickly contacted by Eric Willis who was courteous and genuine in wanting to help me with my questions. We went back and forth over the amount and the financing for a short period of time but quickly came to terms that were agreeable to both of us. This was on a Monday and I flew to Georgia from Florida 2 days later to pick up my new Renegade. And from the moment I walked in the folks there were absolutely fabulous. Cheryl, their receptionist, was warm, welcoming and helpful as I come in the door. Eric went above what was expected to make me feel like I was his only concern as a client and as a person. Mr Willis was personable and I fully enjoyed talking about life in Georgia, his kids and being an outdoors person like myself. Every employee who walked by was polite and would talk with me briefly even if just to say "good morning". One of the managers made a point to come chat with me while Eric was off preparing my new purchase. The finance staff and I had a lot of laughs about life and people while finalizing the paperwork. I may live 7 hours from Paulding Chrysler but I would, without hesitation, recommend their agency to my friends and I would mention that the trip for such service is worth it. More
