We had worked with Sam a few months back on looking at a brand new Pacifica Hybrid. It wasn’t the best fit for us at the time. But we saw this amazing 2016 T&C that was a used van, in great condition at Sams dealership and I knew we had to work with him again! He was immediately available and flexible to help us through the entire process. It was so easy and we are over the moon with our new van!!!!. The entire Paulding dealership experience has been top notch since the day we stepped in. We worked with another person (and his name isn’t coming to me right now) on all the fine details and he was just amazing too. Best customer service I have ever experienced We purchased a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler my wife drive it for 3 days and then it over heated as there was not antifreeze in it. Being a brand new vehicle We purchased a new 2019 Jeep Wrangler my wife drive it for 3 days and then it over heated as there was not antifreeze in it. Being a brand new vehicle that the motor wasn’t broke in yet we were worried That it would have issues. We addressed our concerns for there mistake of not ensuring it had fluid before we drove it off the lot. Without any question or hesitation they put us in a another brand new Jeep exactly the same only a better color. They exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with our new Jeep thus far. I will def be buying more cars from here and would highly recommend to everyone in the market for a new Vehicle to go see Paulding CDJR they are amazing!! More

Received a false service receipt? I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and also had them check my backup camera that wasn’t working. I was told they would order my new camera a I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and also had them check my backup camera that wasn’t working. I was told they would order my new camera and I would have to drop my car off and it would take multiple hours to fix. After leaving the dealership I realized my camera was actually working again but I was still going to get the part fixed as it was still under warranty and I wasn’t sure if it was temporary or not. I was called the next week that the part was in but they could not tell me if a lender car would be available or not. I have a demanding work schedule so this wasn’t going to be easy to get taken care of and I told them I would have to call them back to schedule when I could move my schedule around. The next week I receive another phone call saying it has now been TWO weeks and they had been trying to call me multiple times to set up an appointment. This was not true as I had just talked to them the week before and I have not heard from them since. Once again I told them I would have to call back because my schedule is not easy to move around. A few days later, as I am in my car running errands with my husband, I receive a text message that my car is ready for pick up and I received an email receipt with the oil change I received at my original visit and stating the camera issue had been fixed when it was not. I then tried calling the service department and left a voicemail and have never been called back. I don’t know if they get paid when they do warranty work But they for sure did not perform any on my vehicle. I will be using a different dealership from now on as this one has lost my trust and has been extremely unprofessional. More
