Oil change and felt some vibrations while breaking I was very impressed by the excellence of care I received. At arrival I was told that I was in need of new break pads, rotors and new tires... but aft I was very impressed by the excellence of care I received. At arrival I was told that I was in need of new break pads, rotors and new tires... but after looking into it closely, I was told that I only needed tires and that my pads and rotors are still ok. That they will Recheck them when I return to do my next oil change. I was impressed and graceful for their honesty... they could have done all the work that we had agreed on (even when it was not necessary). But instead, they were honest and only recommended I replace the tires. I really appreciated getting my issue fix... at at honest price! . I will continue to bring my car to them and I would recommend Paulding Chrysler and Fadil to everyone. They are will take care of people without taking advantage of them. More

Expensive & left my car trashy Had to bring my jeep here for the airbag recall. Also my tailgate latch broke and my seatbelt retractors- (which for some reason wasn’t a recall but n Had to bring my jeep here for the airbag recall. Interior wasn’t detailed... though not a requirement was promised to me. I mean at least they could have put the tray back in the dash with my work badge & other miscellaneous items. Hate to admit my husband was right when he told me never go to a dealership. If it wasn’t for the airbag recall I would have gone somewhere else. More
