The gentleman that completed the transaction was informative and didn’t pressure me to purchase the additional insurance that was offered. Service after the sale NON-EXISTENT! I recently chose PCDJR to purchase my latest Ram 3500. I thought I had hit the lottery with their service BEFORE the sale! They found the truck I want I recently chose PCDJR to purchase my latest Ram 3500. I thought I had hit the lottery with their service BEFORE the sale! They found the truck I wanted. We signed the papers on my $65k Ram. I left there with a big smile and a promise my vehicle would arrive in 36-48 hrs! That, unfortunately, was my last reason to smile in this dealership! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE MY TRUCK!! The service after the sale is practically non existent! Since I took ownership of the truck ( 8 days later) trying to get the "we owe" issues taken care has been like trying to get teeth pulled! After several calls and emails (all unanswered) concerning my temporary tag that was about to expire, I finally gave up resolved that I would go ahead and leave the country on vacation and deal with the nonstop headache once I returned! Luckily, upon my return, my tag had arrived and I'll not have to deal with the dealership any more! OVER TWO WEEKS NOW AND NO ONE HAS YET CALLED TO CHECK ON THE STATUS OF MY TAG OR MY TRUCK! Deal with people and business you know you can trust! Lesson learned! More

Rick Gibson (The Lead Mechanic) always goes above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The nerve racking part is dreading every time I have to pull in to the new facility, due to poor forethought and layout of the service entrance and parking area. There needs to be a definite entrance and exit of the reception area of the service center. ( It’s usually a cluster ****)! Also the floor surface in the reception area of the service entrance looks very nice, but is extremely slick when wet, as I found out when I slipped and fell while exiting my vehicle. Although I wasn’t hurt, the same fall could seriously injure someone else. Especially a more elderly person. I believe the facility is a beautiful place overall, however it is not practical for the customer load that it is expected to handle. Compounding all of these concerns is the procedure for checking out. The service agent is way too busy and distracted to have to deal with answering phones, finding vehicles and checking out customers. The old facility's cashier was the way to go! Never had to wait more than a couple of minutes at the old Dallas Dodge! I will definitely be watching for some proactive changes with all of these points. I would definitely recommend this service center if these points were rectified! More
