We needed service and choose PCDJR for our warranty work and replacing a new tire that had a nail in the sidewalk. Not only did we get the repairs done in less than a day, we were given a rental car to use while the work was being performed. Excellent customer service! More

Won’t be going back there The last 2 vehicles I've purchased, a Jeep Sahara Unlimited, and a Jeep Compass Latitude have come from your dealership. I've been there for maintena The last 2 vehicles I've purchased, a Jeep Sahara Unlimited, and a Jeep Compass Latitude have come from your dealership. I've been there for maintenance, work I wanted done on my vehicles, and $8,000 worth of repairs. My experience has been good there for the most part until I started dealing with your service dept. on a recall issue. We brought the Jeep Compass up there to have a recall issue fixed and while it was there, we asked them to look at 2 other things. A noise coming from the A/C that wasn't there before they made some previous repairs on it, and another issue with possibly the transmission. We're told can't hear the noise and the other repair is actually going to cost $900.00 I'm not getting that work done yet because it's much more than we anticipated and I want to get another opinion on it. We're being charged $125.00 just for finding the issue. I understand that you can't just allow people to bring in their vehicles to get looked at and never do the work but I have a couple of issues with that. If you're reasonable and honest about the work needing to be done, then people will get the repairs done. If the vehicle was purchased from your dealership, this shouldn't be charged then either. You've obviously made your decision as a dealership that you would rather make $125.00 from someone in the service department than get their business buying vehicles there. It should be obvious by looking at the mileage and the payoff amounts that we're close to purchasing new vehicles and it won't be from your dealership. Your policy is costing you service business and it's costing you sales also. More

Poor Service Had appointment on 10-19-19 for tire rotation/balance and a recall. Two hours later, get in car to leave and the check tire pressure light comes on. Why wouldn't you check tire pressure if you rotate and balance the tire which is supposed to come with a 16 point inspection?!?!?! More
