The only Jeep dealership I would go to I recently purchased my Jeep at the Lithia springs location. It was a complete nightmare and I almost considered turning my Jeep back just because of I recently purchased my Jeep at the Lithia springs location. It was a complete nightmare and I almost considered turning my Jeep back just because of the worst sales experience I had ever had as a consumer for anything. After purchasing my 2019 Jeep I had an issue with the steering wheel not working. I took it to the location close to windy hill and that was another nightmare. They wanted to charge me for a brand new car I had just paid off and had a problem a month later with. Thank goodness I moved to paulding country and was introduced to the paulding location. I love that they are organized and understand their product as well as their consumer. Great service and great people. A wonderful way to turn my experience around. Thank you for taking such great care. It means a lot. More

After not Getting any kind of answers or personal help from them, the Paulding Dodge dealership was able to get me an appointment at a time that was convenient for me within a few days. Everyone that I worked with there was absolutely the height of professionalism and generosity. Their waiting area is incredibly comfortable with complementary drinks and snacks. Everything was clean and I felt like it was not a burden to hang out and enjoy your book and a coffee there. Stefan helped me, and kept me informed every step of the way. When my car was ready to go, he had given me a car wash and vacuum free of charge. With service like this, I don’t mind driving 30 minutes out of the Marietta area. I will definitely be back for my next Scheduled maintenance. More
