Took advantage of my fleet card. Asked for a tire rotate and balance. Balanced the tires but failed to rotate one side. Then replaced my air filter and charged my fleet service card without asking me first. Also needed my truck back by 12pm after dropping it off the day before. No one called to tell me it was ready. I called and they said they would look into it and call my back. 45 minutes later I called them and they still had no answer. After being in hold they then said it was ready. I asked if all the services requested were performed, they said they were waiting for approval from the fleet service card group to fix the tailgate. I then said that the tailgate needed to be fixed under warranty due to the fact it did non malfunction until they performed the recall on the tailgate. I did not enjoy the fact that it seems like they tried to take advantage of my company using the fleet card like a blank check. I asked to speak with the manager and they said he would call me back and I got no call. Just a text then saying my car is now ready. This was a terrible experience and I will be telling my friends and family that this dealer can’t be trusted and will take you for your money and treat you poorly. We have spent a lot of money on our cars and their services. I own two newer dodge vehicles and I want you to treat everyone fare and with integrity. Not treat myself or my wife as a dollar sign. More

Failed on many fronts - thorough disappointment Unsafe & untrustworthy. T-36 recall & related issues not fixed the 1st time though I specifically asked about PCM & battery I was told they were goo Unsafe & untrustworthy. T-36 recall & related issues not fixed the 1st time though I specifically asked about PCM & battery I was told they were good to go. Couldn’t even get home which is five miles from dealer & battery lite came on. Attempted to return so called “fixed” vehicle and it died mid-drive in traffic. Apparently my safety was not a concern. I shared that I knew the PCM issue was linked to the alternator recall & that Chrysler would cover it. Even I could find that online but they insisted it was not & attempted to bill me for $1,100 worth of recall related work. Fortunately regional Chrysler managers got involved & set the record straight. It shouldn’t have to go that far. Additionally they would they not honor the coupon I had for non-recall related (10% coupon would have been $60 savings) work because they said there was a ‘hidden’ $50 discount which was ‘better’. I couldn’t see the discount on the invoice nor is 50 better than 60. Listening to others in the waiting room there were stories of ‘I’m back again because they sold the parts they ordered for my repair to someone else’ and a dad on the phone saying ‘baby I’ll get to your birthday part as soon as I can. They say the car is gone but they’ve lost my keys’. With Chrysler’s name on the dealership, Chrysler needs to investigate & realign the management or continue to be associated with individuals who make up in greed what they lack in customer service. I have owned numerous dodge vehicles & visited many dealerships. I will now drive an additional 20 miles to give another company my business. More
