Wasn’t my usual experience I called and made an appointment for tires after I researched a few other places. I chose to come to the dealership because they do all of my other wo I called and made an appointment for tires after I researched a few other places. I chose to come to the dealership because they do all of my other work. Once I arrived I was greeted by the associate that I spoke with the night before, we went inside and went over paperwork. Before I went into the waiting area I asked if what was on the paper the final price for everything that we had just went over (4 tires, balance, alignment, disposal, and labor) and was told yes. Once the service was over I was quoted another price other than what was told in the beginning. I was very upset and felt as if I was being taken advantage of, I’ve never had any issues until now.
