Way too expensive for an oil change. My husband used a 39.95 oil change coupon and was charged close to 80.00. Little dishonesty in that, he was told there were other for an oil change. Unprofessional service dept, no communication, I had my Jeep at this service dept for an oil consumption test, they had it there for 7 weeks. The only thing they did was drive it for 300 miles. Nev I had my Jeep at this service dept for an oil consumption test, they had it there for 7 weeks. The only thing they did was drive it for 300 miles. Never communicated with me on what was going on, when you call they say someone will get back to you but that never happens, after I got fed up and I went to go pick it up I checked the oil and it was down 3 quarts, did not even refill the oil and they said they were going to change the oil, they lost my key but eventually found it, but still, I could go on and on but I think you get the just of how this ended up. I would not take my Jeep hot wheel car there for them to fix. The most unprofessional service team I have ever dealt with. If your vehicle is under warranty as mine was, forget it they just assume you go somewhere else as I ended up doing. I am now paying for a new engine out of my pocket for something they should of done without question. please stay away, save yourself the aggravation if I could give them 0 stars I would. More
