Customer Service was less than expected We all get busy but at least do what you say you will do when you say you are going to do it. Overall experience was not promising. No one wanted to help but quick to put me on hold or pass to someone else to be placed on hold or even hung up on multiple times. If this happened just one day I would have understood. This happened every day for 5 days. I would not recommend based upon the lack of the entire departments willingness to help. Eventually the service manager called after several days. At that point, my questions were resolved. More

This is my third vehicle purchased from Eric Willis at Paulding CDJR in the past less than two years. He is very attentive and really knows his vehicles.
