Have brought my car in 3 times for the same issue with my backup camera not operating more often than operating. True enough the camera starts working when I’ve scheduled repairs so no diagnosis was performe backup camera not operating more often than operating. It’s puzzling to me that no other Chrysler customer hasn’t had this issue for someone to be able to explain why the camera goes out and the radio power shuts off by itself and restarts on its own. Poor service and not knowledgeable Poor service no follow up calls unless initiated for status on you’re car. Technicians didn’t fix the issue on the car they removed feature.
